Responses in Answer Wizard not related to question due to too many keyword.

Cause:

Too many keywords were used in the query or one keyword has a lot of topics. The Answer Wizard search engine evaluates the input, parses the keywords, and returns the maximum responses to match the information entered in the Answer Wizard.

Solution:

Use more specific key words or descriptions or limit the use of keywords until the correct response appears.
